Pick Your Own Farms in Ontario

The local food bounty in the summer is plentiful!

Our farmers’ markets and on-farm markets are increasing their availability of fruits and vegetables now, and they are only going to keep increasing until September.

Now is the time to venture into the Greenbelt to see where and how our food is grown. The best way to experience this is at a pick-your-own farm, where you can take your family and spend a few hours picking strawberries, sweet peas, and corn. Before visiting, make sure to check the fruits and vegetables are still in season!

Thanks to Ontario’s protected Greenbelt, there are plenty of fruits and vegetables to pick from.
